2020 Top Trade Printers
PSDA’s largest trade printers are making smart moves to grow while helping distributors capitalize on sales opportunities. Take a look at these three key stats from fiscal year (FY) 2019.
Top Trade Printers Share Strategies to Move Forward
We asked a few Top Trade Printer companies to share their recent accomplishments and strategies for this year.
McCourt Label Company: Improved Website & ERP System
McCourt Label Company purchased new software to upgrade its website platform. A new feature will allow distributors to log in to the company’s site, view inventory held by McCourt and release inventory for shipment. The company also made a huge investment in its ERP system, says Sharon Zampogna, vice president of sales. “The goal was to streamline estimating and order entry and reduce errors throughout the entire process.”
Printco Inc.: Strategic Partner and Problem Solver
Printco has expanded its offerings through acquisition and innovation. The company recently acquired Hansen Printing, expanding its sweet spot in long-run forms. Printco aims to be a single-source supplier for its distributors. “For the easy stuff, dealers can send it and forget it while we take care of it,” says President Phil Sperling. “For the growing need of more complex, involved projects, we can be a strategic partner and help problem-solve.”
BCT: ‘Goal is to Bounce Back Stronger Than Ever’
Amid the pandemic, BCT established a work-from-home structure for all employees, and still has been able to assist clients and provide print products to many essential businesses. “Our goal is to bounce back stronger than ever while providing a safe work environment for all our employees,” says Pam Gonzalez, director of marketing. Meanwhile, BCT has continued to expand its capabilities across its network and operate its online print and distribution platform, orderprinting.com. It’s built for delivering top-quality, fully customizable stationery for end users’ corporate identity needs.
